  1. Get 3/4 cup of Quinoa (Cooked).
  2. Take 1/4 th of sugar.
  3. Take 1 of apple finely chopped.
  4. Get 1/4 of condensed milk.
  5. Get 1 1/2 cup of full fat milk.
  6. Get 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
  7. You need Pinch of saffron.
  8. Get as needed of Chopped nuts as per ur choice.
  9. Use 1 tsp of Ghee.

  1. Pressure Cook Quinoa for 3 whistles..
  2. In a pan, add ghee and chopped apple,cook for 5 mins.Then add quinoa, milk and bring them to boil.
  3. Add sugar, saffron, cardamom powder, condensed milk to the boiling mixture and simmer for 20 mins until it become thick in consistency..
  4. Turn off the stove, and add chopped nuts..
  5. Once it's cooled down, keep refrigerated for an hour before serving..
