  1. In a big Bowl/vessel, Peel off skin of Pumpkin, wash and keep aside,add little haldi. In a Kadai put Oil when heating put Jeera, bayleaf,add chopped onion, saute and fry, till pinkish,add grated garlic and ginger, curry patta,saute for few minutes..
