  1. Use 1 cup of cooked quinoa.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of semolina.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of curd.
  4. Provide 1 cup of water.
  5. Take 1 tbsp of chopped green chillies.
  6. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  7. Take 1 tbsp of kitchen king masala.
  8. Take 1 tsp of eno fruit salt/ baking soda.

  1. Make a batter with slightly roasted semolina along with water & curd.

  3. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes..
  4. After that season it with salt & kitchen king masala (if u dont have this handy you can use pav bhaji masala or just red chilli powder & garam masala).
  5. Add finely chopped veggies to it & give it a good mix. Lastly add eno/baking soda for instant fermentation..
  6. Heat up the appe/paniyaram pan with little oil & mustard seeds..
