- Use 4 racks of lamb, 600gr each.
- Use 800 gr of floury potato.
- Take 4 of small onions.
- Use 10 cloves of garlic.
- Take 4 sprigs of rosemary.

- Preheat the sous vide machine to 57*c. Vacuum two racks per bag with a clove of garlic, teaspoon of mustard and rosemary. Cook for 1-2h (until vegetables are done).
