- Prepare 250 g of Tastic rice.
- Use 1 packet of broccoli.
- Use 1 packet of cauliflower.
- Use 1/2 packet of green beans.
- Provide 1/2 of cut pumpkin.
- Provide 1 kg of Chicken pieces.
- Get to taste of Salt.
- Provide To taste of Pepper.

- Peel and chop up the pumpkin into medium size cubes. Chop up 1/2 an onion. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a pot. Add in the pumpkin and onion and let it cook for 20 min on low heat..
